I currently work in IT support within a range of industries (medical, hospitality, government, etc) supporting both distributed and in-person teams. I help them stay productive and resolve their technical issues, sometimes at scale.

I have a strong interest in improving systems, in the realms of both the technical and the human, using a combination of automation, honest consultation, and collaborative workflow design.

I want my work to be where technology, organisation, and community come together.
