I currently work in IT support within a range of industries (medical, hospitality, government, etc) supporting both distributed and in-person teams. I help them stay productive and resolve technical issues, big and small.

I'm particularly interested in improving systems, both on the technical and human sides, through a combination of automation, honest consultation, and collaborative workflow design.
